Ordering Information:

Amby Baby Europe Ltd is a company based in the United Kingdom at 7-10 Chandos Street, Cavendish Square, London, W1G 9DQ.

Orders placed at Amby Baby Europe websites are shipped from Jarna, Sweden. Residents of European Union member states will be charged VAT at the point of sale. VAT is not charged to orders destined for countries outside the E.U. and any importation taxes or fees levied by those countries are the responsibility of the consumer. The VAT rate shown is only applicable for orders shipped to E.U countries. After setting your shipping country, the tax will be removed and the updated order total will be shown.

All orders are shipped via DHL ground next business day. You will receive two email confirmations upon order completion.

1. The first email confirmation is sent shortly after you place your order on-line.

2. The second email confirmation is your DHL/UPS tracking number, which is sent to you when the product shipps.

Shipping Information:

Shipping and handling charges for all Amby hammocks, packages and accessories are shipped according to region at the following flat rates:

Scandinavia (- € 25.00 flat rate, which is added your final order price.

Mainland European countries - € 40.00 flat rate, which is added to your final order price.

Shipping and handling charges for accessories only are € 7.00 flat rate, which is added to your order.

Most orders take between 3 to 10 business days for arrival.

All packages can be tracked with your tracking number at www.dzi.dhl.com or www.ups.com.

You can request your tracking number in our customer center. This is an automated system that will return your tracking number if the order has been shipped.

Return Policy:

Amby Baby only accepts returns within the first 40 days after purchase.

We encourage all our customers to explore our website and make sure this is a good purchase for you and your baby. We try to provide a wide range of information including our endorsement from Dr. Sears, to parent letters and pictures.

Warranty:

The Amby Motion Bed is unconditionally guaranteed against faulty workmanship or materials for a period of 12 months, provided the unit is assembled per instructions and the washing instructions are followed. The Amby Baby company will repair or replace any faulty goods.  ***If you purchase a hammock and later decide to return the product, Amby does not warranty the product under these circumstances .
